  First time in a Taco Johns, this one was on the busy side. After we ordered a young girl, about age 12, walked up to the counter. The lady working the counter was standing 10 feet away helping pack to go orders, she looked at the girl and ignored her continuing to pack orders. After a good 5 min of the girl standing at the counter a group of 4 walk in and stand behind her, the lady working the counter finally comes and takes the girls order which was for a cup of nacho cheese... not exaggerating that little girl waited another 10 min on her cup of cheese. Ridiculous. The food was good but giving 2 stars for the horrible customer service.
